Nokia has revealed three Android based smartphones; Nokia X, X+ and XL during the MWC 2014. It was first step from Nokia to enter the Android market. - Take the full backup of important data stored in your device.
- Make sure your phone is charged to minimum 60%-70% to avoid unexpected turnoff during the upgrade.
- Enable USB debugging on your device. To do this go to Settings -> Applications -> Development -> and tap on USB Debugging.
How to Root Nokia X Android Smartphones and Install Google Play
Step 1: First of all you need to download the Gandalf Exploit included in Framaroot APK from here.
