Steps to Root LG G Pad 8.3 V500

Step 1: Download the rooting package from the above link on your PC and extract it on the desktop.
Step 2: Now, connect your LG G Pad to your computer with the help of an original USB data cable.
Step 3: If you are connecting your tablet for the first time after enabling the “USB Debugging” then a pop-up will appear on your device. You have to just check the box and tap “OK”.
Step 4: All is set now, so navigate to the extracted folder and from there launch “root.bat” file and follow the on-screen instructions to start the rooting process.
Step 5: In between, the rooting process will be stopped. At that time, you have to disconnect your device from PC and go to Setting -> Developers options and there disable the USB debugging and then re-enable it.
Step 6: Once again connect your tablet to your PC and follow the on-screen instructions.
Step 7: In between the process an alert message will be displayed to say your warranty will be void after the rooting. Follow the steps to continue rooting or press ctrl+C to abort.
Step 8: When the process is successfully completed your tablet will be rebooted automatically.

Step 10: Extract the downloaded CWM Recovery package on your desktop.
